BUT we couldn't have gotten through it without the love and support from all our family, friends and neighbors.
We thank each and every one of you for the parts you all played.
Everyday we still feel repercussions of your generosity and love!!!
I'll just say we are all doing great!! moving on and healing, mentally and physically. Love is definitely the cure!
Now: the good stuff.
The good stuff of course has all to do with our little daughter Mackenzie. The light that has led us to the place we are today, the healing giggles and mending kisses and especially those tiny little arms that wrap us in so much more than tight hugs.
(ok chime in the cheesey music.....)
The school busses have been making their yearly return to all our neighborhoods, which can only mean summer is sadly, on it's way out. It hasn't left without our fond memories of: barbeQ's and bike rides, kayaking and weekends in the mountains, trips to the zoo and the local botanical gardens.
Must of this summer has been spent locating and drenching ourselves in some kind water source, swimming pools, puddles and the ever convenient hose!!
The heat which hit Colorado sometime around June, just refuses to leave, and all of us Coloradoans know, next week the temps could drop and "bang" it'll be winter!!
So we would like to share some of the milestones from this summer:
Mackenzie began walking in June, on August 7th she turned 17 months. She is talking up a storm and repeating...everything...oh and let's not forget testing mom and dad.....every chance she gets!!
Mark is still loving his job at Cactus Communications in downtown Denver. I returned back to work fulltime on August 1 at WhiteWave Foods in the Creative Services department. They treated me very well during my medical leave and saved my desk for me and even bught me a fancy new chair for my newly renovated spine.
I hope all is going well with you all, We would like to send out some special congratulations for some of you who have been enjoying:
New marraiges!!
New families!!!
New Jobs and new businesses!!
New homes!!!,,,(or just upgrading the one you have)
and New journeys!!!....
The world -just keeps a'spinning...hang on and enjoy the ride!!!
